Moos Bulder founded Bulder
Vision BV in the Netherlands to allow companies to benefit from his
extensive expertise in areas such as:
- Turning around companies into successful organizations;
- Shorten the time to market specific products and/or services in new
areas;
- Develop focused sales and marketing strategies;
- Recruitment services and hiring the right people for your team;
- Performs strategic reviews of a business and provide management
decision-making that can solve cash flow problems and increase profits;
- Participating in VC activities, supporting M&A services and fund
raising;
- Venture Partner with Solid Ventures in the Netherlands; (Solid Ventures)
- Partner with the foundation "Suikeroom" to support multicultural
entrepreneurs to start a business in the Netherlands (Suikeroom);
Moos Bulder is a seasoned IT Telecom Industry executive, having held
top positions in global General Management, and Sales and Marketing for
over thirty-four years in Europe, North America and Asia. He has a
successful track record in building and turning around companies and
organizations, with getting themselves organized from product design,
distribution, delivery, hiring the right teams and running a profitable
organization. Developing direct and indirect sales organizations with
distributors, OEMs, resellers, and consulting and software companies
and in dealing with Fortune 1000 companies. From
an M&E perspective he has been involved in acquisition projects,
acquiring companies and integrating them successfully into a global
organization as part of a European expansion strategy. As founder of
Bulder Vision BV he has been hired as CEO in Hostbasket in Belgium and
BackupAgent in the Netherlands. Today he is involved in several
initiatives where his expertise in putting the right management teams
in place, looking for strategic global partnerships,and supporting
Joint Ventures for Dutch companies.
He has been President/CEO of Verio
Europe (a full subsidiary of NTT
Europe
Online) where he was responsible for more than 5 years,
overseeing all aspects of the European operations. Prior he has been
Vice President for PSINet's
hosting business in Europe where he was responsible for sales,
marketing and deployment of the Pan European hosting business,
including the expansion of hosting centers in Amsterdam, London, Paris,
Geneva and Berlin. Prior to PSINet, he was Vice President of Global
sales, marketing and strategic alliances for Open Enterprise Computing
with Siemens headquartered in
Germany, successfully expanding its international business. He moved to
Siemens from Tandem Computers
where he was responsible for international sales of their UNIX systems
in Europe and the Middle East. Previously, he worked with Texas Instruments, in various sales
and marketing positions, and with Westinghouse
Electric
Corporation in its Industrial Automation Division.
